During the 16-plus years we’ve specialized in meeting the complex insurance needs of our utility clients, we’ve never changed our commitment to the one-on-one model of doing business. HISTORY
The roots of Insurance Network of America and Electric Cooperatives share a common bond - both were founded in Texas. We have a unique understanding of the special needs of rural cooperatives and the experience and resources to meet their requirements. Our agency, like rural cooperatives, also has a strong sense of commitment to the community and our customers. Insurance Network of America has been a leader in the insurance industry for over 50 years and serving the energy industry for over 12 years.
EXPERIENCE AND SERVICES IN THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY
Agency Operations started in 1949. Today we are staffed by over 100 employees who are trained and licensed to specialize in specific areas of insurance coverage.
Insurance Network of America is built on the belief that strong relationships, with client and industry, are key to our success. We are located in a Rural Area and have always served the needs of our Rural Communities. We also provide other services such as Employee Benefits, Bonding, and Personal Lines Insurance.
CLAIMS SERVICE
We will establish a relationship with you that shows we care about you. Your claims will be handled professionally and compassionately. You will have the benefit of our many years of experience to help you at the time of your claim. We will provide you with a personalized claim packet so that you can file your claims directly to the company to help expedite the processing of your claim. We will work as the intermediary between the Company and you should you need any assistance in the handling of any claim.
COMMITMENT
Our clients receive our "Personal Touch" not just the products we sell. We respond to YOU and YOUR NEEDS immediately. You will receive timely endorsements, issuance of certificates, day to day handling of your account and the respect you deserve. Visits and/or job sites will be a minimum of three times per year by Insurance Network of America.

LOSS PREVENTION
Loss prevention is an overriding issue in the utility industry. Workers in the field are exposed to life-threatening conditions every day. That’s the reason for our emphasis on safety. Insurance Network of America partners with Texas Electric Cooperatives and our major carriers to offer loss control and safety training seminars throughout the year for employees of electric cooperatives and other utility companies.
